- commission pieces - time frames will be discussed at the initial briefing stage. Understandably these can vary depending on design and consultation times, hallmarking etc.
As my jewellery is hand crafted and in small batches, I usually photograph the actual item for sale. I can sometimes make more of a particular design depending on materials available and these are considered 'made to order'. There may be subtle differences/variations due to nature of the materials I use and the patina and patterning that is hand applied. Each piece is unique and I take great care to ensure I'm happy with the result.

Free Standard delivery - 1st class.
Sent via Royal Mail. Any loss from standard delivery is not my responsibility/ at your own risk.
Special delivery - 48hrs

REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery, please notify me within 14 days of receipt, via my contact page, and return it to me unworn and in original condition within 30 days. Include your name, address, order number and email contact details.
Upon receipt of the returned item I will refund the original costs (not including special delivery).
Can I recommend you use special delivery via Royal Mail to return items, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
Unfortunately there is no refund for return postage costs.
Please note we cannot refund the following
- commission/ made to order items
- earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
FAULTY
If for any reason the item you received is faulty please contact me as soon as possible to arrange return and refund or exchange/replacement.
